CAN I USE THE HOT TUB INDOORS?
No, sorry! The risk of damage is too high.
 

WHAT WE NEED FROM ME TO SETUP THE HOT TUB? 
A level surface (no gradient or slope) of 2  x 2 meters, a power socket within 9 metres and an accessible tap and hose pipe.

 

HOW LONG DOES SET-UP TAKE?

From cold, tubs can take from 12-24 hours to get to temperature. Filling with hot, the tub should be ready as soon as it is full (approx. 1-2 hours depending on pressure).You will need hose adaptor if filling from hot water from inside.
 

YOUR HOT TUBS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes as long as supervised by an adult at all times. 
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE SET UP?
It takes around 45mins to setup a hot tub 
 

HOW IS THE HOT TUB FILLED? 
You will need to provide hose pipe to fill which we can have access to.
 

HAS THE HOT TUB BEEN CLEANED FROM ITS LAST USE?
Yes ! Deep clean is carried out where we remove and replace the filter and deep clean internally and externally. 

 

CAN I USE AN EXTENSION LEAD?

No we do not really advice it.
 

HOW DOES THE HOT TUB MAINTAN ITS TEMPERATURE?
In order to maintain a constant temperature, the hot tub needs to be connected to an electricity supply and the cover should be kept on the tub when not in use. 
 

DO I NEED TO USE CHEMICALS?
In short, yes! Part of our set up procedure is to give you a thorough tutorial of all the equipment, including your chemical kits. We also provide instructions. 
 

MY SIDE ACCESS IS NARROW HOW WILL YOU GET HOT TUB IN?
We use inflatable hot tubs which when deflated, break down into smaller individual elements this makes it handy for getting through narrow side gates etc
